I have Basal Cell Carcinoma,(skin cancer). I have had six surgeries to remove some of these lesions. To put it mildly I HATE, HATE, HATE the procedures. I decided to try cannabis oil to treat two of the remaining lesions. THEY ARE CURED. The recommended manner of treatment is to apply the oil topicaly to the lesion, cover it with a bandaid to protect it, leave it on for 24hrs, repeat if necessary. I applied the oil for 5 days, wanting to be sure. The area where the lesions were are almost completely covered in new healthy skin. IT DOES WORK! If you know anybody with Basal Cell Carcinoma please tell them about this, they do not need to undergo anymore surgeries. It is claimed that this treatment will also CURE Melanoma, anyone who has Melanoma knows IT KILLS. Spread the word.
The CURE
I am confused. The federal government has patented compounds found in the cannabis plant for medical use. Wouldn't this remove it from schedule 1? Part of the requirements for schedule 1 is "No medical value". You can't take out a "medical" patent on something that has "NO medical Value", right? I do hope someone important is looking into this.

I know NORML is a very well educated, enlightened organization with alot of positive things to say, however, the first few forum postings I read were rather immature. People who smoke pot to act silly, make a pan of cinnamon rolls, and fall asleep on their mom's couch.

I know medi-marijuana is effective, i've seen in work on Chrone's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and of course anxiety, depression, insomnia, and nausea. The fact that you have proudly served your country only adds to your credibility, and I ask only that you never stop doing what you're doing.

I have a proposal. I, as stated, have CURED BASAL CELL CARCINOMA. I would like to get 50, or 100 people with Basal Cell skin cancer volunteer to be treated with cannabis to cure their cancer. These people would need to have more than one biopsied, and diagnosed basal cell lesion. These individuals would need to be willing to treat ONE of the lesions with cannabis oil. At a time when all the subjects have succesfully CURED,(all signs of the lesion have been replaced by new, healthy skin), this one lesion, they would have to be willing to be transported to Austin with a small amount of cannabis oil in their possession. After arriving in Austin we would sit on the capitol building steps and make it known that we have an illegal substance in our possession. The police would be required to cite, or place us under arrest for violating the law. When it comes time for the trial/s everyone would plead not guilty by reason of medical necessity. One of the things that would be required in a medical necessity defense is that the use of cannabis oil actually cured basal cell skin cancer. To prove this we would request that the court allow all of us to do it again, under court supervision. When we have all cured a basal cell lesion for a second time, what can they say then. I appeal to all cannabis law reform organizations to get together, and get this proposal going. IT WILL WORK. I volunteer to be #1.
