On November 11 Rep. Naishtat introduced a bill that would allow medical marijuana patients an affirmative defense in court. What that means, is that if a legitimate patient got busted for possession, they would be allowed to make a defense of medical use in court. As it is now, they can't even state that as a defense. This is a MUST SUPPORT bill.
