Folks-
In the spirit of getting some activism done with our group here, we've created a number of new member-only forums! Each forum is for a specific group- Voter Registration, Legislation, Recruiting, Newsletter, Education, etc., which are only visible to active members who are logged into the website. Each of these groups needs participants who are interested in helping to promote our agenda through hard work and action! These initiatives are each important to furthering the DFW NORML mission of 'educating the public and increasing awareness' in regards to marijuana and hemp law.

We actively need members to participate in all of these committees! Look them over and post in them to indicate your interest in participating. The committee chairpersons will be responsible for delegating tasks and coordinating the activities of the committee with the rest of the DFW NORML group. If you get delegated something, be sure to either stay on top of it, or communicate with the chairperson about your issue- these items all require action in order to advance our cause, and in many cases your assignment will be a foundation for efforts by many other members of our group.

Please be sure to have Lily post your committee activities as events as early as possible to help promote the event via the website, and add your events to the DFW NORML Google Calendar at the link on the top of the webpage as early as possible! Let's put some things into motion here!
