When you've got newsletters, pls pls pls let me know!!! I know what a pain it is to fold all of those damn things, and I'd be more than happy to take a stack off your hands, fold them, and jam them in the mail :)

Maybe we can setup a monthly 'newsletter' folding party potluck? I'd be willing to host it next month. We can just pick a day on a weekend, and folks can drop by between 11am and 4pm -- where we can simply fold these darn newsletters, eat, and enjoy.

I work at a UPS Store so I do have access to good copiers/printers that have folding capability. I'm not sure if you guys are having them printed somewhere or doing it yourself but I can try to see what I can do to get you an equal or maybe even better price. If you could just get me some info on the newsletter (i.e. black and white or color, 2 sided or 1 sided, how many pages, tri-fold or book fold and quality of paper wanted) and I could get you guys a quote. Sounds like it would save you guys quite a bit of trouble if you have a large amount of them since you are doing it all by hand.

Whoever is in charge of the newsletter give me a PM and we'll see if we can get something worked out!
