Dallas St. Patricks Day Parade Is Greener Than Usual

The Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter of the National Organization for Reforming Marijuana Laws (DFWNORML) was allowed to march in St. Patrick’s Day parade in the Lower Greenville section of Dallas last weekend, becoming the highlight of the annual parade.
